Hi, I'm Lisa
I have been drawing my whole life, and I always knew I wanted my career to follow my passion and creativity.
I was born in Melbourne, Australia in 1996, where I still currently reside. The first memory I have of wanting to be good at anything, was when I saw my mother fantastically colour in a fairy in one of my colouring books when I was 3 or 4.
In primary school, art was by far my favourite class. I won a grade 6 graduation achievement award for visual art, which came with my first ‘how to draw’ style book. Being acknowledged by the school at a young age has assisted with fueling my desire to learn all I could about the arts.
Throughout high school I kept art as a hobby while focusing on my studies. When I finished, I started a Bachelor of Animation and Motion Capture at Deakin University.
During this course, I did an internship with a small, Sydney based pre-production company called Big Finish Creative. Here they taught me the foundations of design for characters and environments, and inspired my love for design, illustration, painting, and more!
Since then, I finished my bachelor at Deakin University, graduating in 2019, and have started teaching myself about digital and traditional painting in order to bring my ideas to life.
